Gathering together in circle, whether in person or online, creates sacred space, a supportive container where healing is amplified. We share wisdom, release old stories and patterns, heal our ancestral lineages and develop embodied awareness that all support the emergence of our authentic selves.

The Red Thread ~ Women’s Retreat

The red thread honours our matrilineal line, all the women who came before us, those who nurtured us, and those yet to come. The profound ancestral connection where wisdom and love are held and passed down through generations. In our blood and in our bones.
During this day-long retreat into the sacred feminine, we’ll hold space for deeper healing through sharing, accessing our intuition, shifting old stories, and witnessing the divinity within and in each other.
We’ll use mythology, colour, essential oils, Reiki, yoga, and more to reconnect with our light and remember the joys of sisterhood.

At this potent time of the waning moon we’ll gather in Montreal’s unique Salt Studio for deep nourishment, release and relaxation.
I’ll be leading you through a restorative crystal therapy session while Susan Homa, skilled practitioner and owner of Welmä, takes you on a soothing sound journey.
This will be followed by an oracle card reading to see what energy is rising over the summer months. A beautiful evening of balance, renewal and high vibrations. ✨
